Appendix

The files that the raw data are stored in are called n-side_raw_data.xls and p-side_raw_data.xls. The data extracted using the parallel model are stored in n-side_extracted_data.xls and p-side_extracted_data.xls. The data on the probe station by itself with no detector is in the file no_detector.xls. The data on the layer 3 backwards n-side upilex with no bonds to the wafers are in the file unbonded_upilex.xls. The schematics for the network used for the SPICE model are shown as well for both the p-side and the n-side.
