Michael Oshiro

This is my homepage from when I was a graduate student. I am currently a postdoctoral researcher at CLASSE (Cornell) working on the CMS experiment track trigger and "H→Zγ" analysis with Professors Anders Ryd and Peter Wittich.

As a graduate student, I worked on the CMS experiment with professor Jeffrey Richman. I worked on the "HH+pTmiss" analysis searching for supersymmetric particles called higgsinos as well as the ODMB upgrade, which is part of the electronics of the CMS cathode strip chambers muon system. As an undergraduate, I did trigger studies for massive long-lived particles on the ATLAS experiment at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. You can contact me at m(lastname)(at)cornell.edu.

I have TA'd for the following classes.
