several of you had problems installing the operating system.

The first thing to do is to try it again with a different SD card.

I am now preparing several SD cards with NOOBS.  I will put them in a brown

manila envelope pinned to the cork board outside the door of my 5th floor

office (Broida 5119).  Take one (and only one!) of these and try reinstalling 

from scratch.  The instructions are under "Additional material" on the class webpage.

If you are ambitious you can make your own SD card with NOOBS instead of using

one of mine.  Instructions can be found in the same place.

Let's try to have everyone ready to go with a working system by Wednesday's class.
