Subject: Module LT (Vienna Box) Testing Review--Tommorrow!!

Hi all,
	Lisa found a video room at FNAL, so the module LT testing review
is on for tommorrow (Friday the 17th) at 1:30 FNAL time (11:30 am PST).
We
will be using the standard CMS Ad-hoc number of 82757.

	I would like FNAL and UCSB to make (short) presentations on the
following, focusing on what we need to change for production and what
instablities or failures that we have seen:


  	1) Data taking/analysis
 		a) What scenerios are we using for ST qualification
 		testing and for production testing?
 		b) How is the data currently being verified as good and
 		analyzed (fault finding)?
 		c) How are we comparing to the ARCS data?   Do we need a
 		tool to automate this for production (to find new faults)?
 	2) Database
 		a) What we are doing (if anything) with the database, xml
 		generation, validiation, and uploading?
 		b) What tools do we think we need for future for the
 		automatization of the generation/uploading/validation of
 		the files?
 	3) Equipment
 		a) Do we need anything (including spares) from Europe?
 		b) What has failed so far (to make sure we have spares of
 		the prone to fail items)?
 		c) Do we have the connectors, etc. for the modification of
 		the FNAL cold box to include the plug extensions?
 	4) AOB, especially anything we think we need to develop as a group
 		(to divide the labor) or anything we need from other
 		groups.

I also would like Patrick to present what he has been done with data
analysis/database issues.   I also would like him to discuss what is still
needed to transfer these jobs to the testing centers, i.e. what analysis
code, how to validate data/database, etc.

At the end of this, I would like a list of action items (with people
assigned to them) that either we need to finish or that we need help from
elsewhere.
