US X-calibration Results Page

US X-calibration Results Page Modules 869 and 881 produced at UCSB exhibited high cmn due to micro-discharge effects. After pulling many wire bonds in the micro-discharge region, the cmn was removed. Both pieces then had multiple PA-sensor and sensor-sensor opens, nearest neighbor and next-to-nearest neighbor shorts, and pinholes added to both modules. The modules was then tested at both sites as a x-calibration of our ARCS stands.

Module 869

Module 869 has the following faults:
Channels 24-36 have a 2 sensor open (noise on neighbor due to high current)
	Channel 66 Pinhole
	Channel 87 Pinhole
	Channels 99,100 2 sensor open
	Channel 213 1 sensor open
	Channel 216 Pinhole
	Channels 233,235 Shorted
	Channels 264,265 Shorted
	Channel 324 Pinhole
	Channels 340,341 Shorted
	Channel 358 Pinhole
	Channel 410 2 sensor open
	Channel 471 2 sensor open
	Channel 476 1 sensor open
	Channel 477 2 sensor open
	Channel 491,493 Shorted

All faults found and identified correctly other than the 340-341 short.
Channel 341 is marked as failing multiple tests, but 340 has fairly regular
responses except noise is slightly high.

Module 881

Module 881 has the following faults:
	Channel 40 Pinhole
	Channels 90-100 2 sensor opens
	Channel 146 Pinhole
	Channel 173 1 sensor open
	Channels 187,189 Shorted
	Channels 274-276 2 sensor open
	Channel 286 Pinhole
	Channels 292,293 Shorted
	Channel 318-319 1 sensor open
	Channel 406 1 sensor open
	Channel 434-444 2 sensor opens
	Channel 482 Pinhole

All faults found and identified correctly. After testing at UCSB channels
434-436 and 442-444 pulled to improve performance around micro-discharge area,
but was not re-tested prior to shipping to FNAL.
